Blooming Flower Birth Doula Package

$1,800-$2,500

  • Zoom/video chat or in-person meeting about your needs, desires, and how I can best support you in your journey.

    • I will provide holistic support (informational, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual) in preparation to your birth labor.

    • I will support you in crafting a birth plan, provide childbirth education, discuss advocacy work, and go over any pregnancy concerns.

    • I will be on-call 24/7 beginning in the 37th week of your pregnancy.

    • I will provide continuous support during your labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum (I stay for two hours after delivery).

    • Offers physical (such as comfort measures for pain relief), emotional, mental, and informational support during labor and delivery for you, as well as offer support to the people in the birth team, if requested.

    • I will provide a home visit during your first few weeks postpartum, provide lactation support, newborn care, house tending, body work, cook meals, sibling support, and other ways you’d like to be supported.

    • Blessing Ceremony

    • Includes Birth Photography (if desired)

    • Includes herbal medicine for birth and postpartum support

Unlimited texts, calls, and emails throughout our work together. Open to support all pregnancy outcomes. Open to all birth settings, such as home birth, hospital birth, birth center, etc.

Postpartum Support

$50-$60 per hour rate for the first 3-4 months postpartum

    • Zoom/video chat or in-person meeting about your needs, desires, and how I can best support you in your journey.

    • Postpartum doula visits for the first 3-4 months after birth.

    • Provide emotional and physical support during recovery from birth, lactation support, and light house cleaning/organizing.

    • Provide support for optimal mother/birthing person-baby bonding, newborn care, create a postpartum support plan, and provide postpartum resources.

    • Blessing Ceremony

    • Includes herbal medicine for postpartum support

Payment, Financial Assistance, & Insurance

My services are offered at a sliding scale for equitable ways of supporting you.

I want to be able to make my offerings accessible to anyone who would like to work with me and feels aligned with me. If you are needing financial assistance or want to arrange a payment plan, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Insurance: I take Oregon Health Plan (OHP) for birth and postpartum doula services.
